Professional Builder Magazine announced its list of the country’s largest 400 builders for 2010 and Skogman Homes was ranked 169.  Skogman Homes and its subsidiaries closed 125 homes in the Cedar Rapids and Cedar Falls metro areas with $30 million in volume.   

So far in 2011, Skogman Homes in Cedar Rapids has sold 37 homes and 25 homes in the Cedar Falls area. Premiere Builders has 15 sales so far this year giving us  77 sales in the first 5 months.  These numbers are the highest they have been in years and are a sign that our local market is turning around.
