- Tell your Skogman representative you wish to purchase a new Skogman home contingent upon the Guaranteed Sale Price of your old one.
- We will professionally appraise your current home and present you with a Guaranteed Sale Price.
- Continue trying to sell your current home for top dollar. If you do sell it, keep the higher amount.
- If your home is not sold prior to closing, we will purchase it for the Guaranteed Sale Price.
- We will coordinate possession dates to simplify your move.
